About LEEP

Our programs are designed to help support social emotional development in order to build the foundations for social and academic success. We do this while respecting each child’s individual differences and supporting their individual sensory profiles. We focus on supporting their ability to understand and respond to both verbal and non-verbal communication.

Our physical environment is easily adaptable to meet and support each child’s unique sensory and learning profiles. Our program offers a high student/teacher ratio and 1:1 support as needed. We are play-based and believe in following a child’s intent to make learning more meaningful. Once a child is regulated and engaged we can expand on their ideas, introduce social problem solving, and semi -structured activities to help climb the developmental ladder. We also create a predictable environment using visual and sensory supports to help each child attend and participate to the best of their ability.

At LEEP Forward, we believe every child’s potential shines brightest when their individuality is celebrated. Through play, connection, and tailored support, we help children climb their unique developmental ladder in an environment that feels safe, engaging, and empowering.

LEEP Forward Inc. is built on best practices rooted in a developmental, individualized, relationship based approach, instilling a sense of self confidence, and promoting a love of learning, while preparing our students for future academic and social challenges. Our programs at LEEP Forward are designed to support social emotional development in order to build the foundation for social and academic success. By utilizing the DIR® Floortime model and behavioral interventions, we respect each child's individual differences and support sensory profiles using a play-based therapeutic approach, while preparing for school expectations.

Quantum LEEP Academy believes education can be individually designed for each student, and the parents who send their children want to be part of that change. With a neuro-diversity based approach to education, LEEP Forward and Quantum LEEP Academy focus on creating environments where children can thrive. The program serves as an innovation platform, where teachers, multi-discipline therapists and educators work together to develop curriculums with a focus not only on academics but emotional growth.

LEEP Beyond is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities and providing vital resources for individuals and families navigating neurodiversity. Our mission is to empower children, young adults, and their families by fostering growth, independence, and connection within supportive and inclusive environments.

Through a combination of innovative programming, scholarships, and community initiatives, LEEP Beyond works to break down barriers, ensuring every individual has access to the services and tools they need to thrive.

LEEP Boosters is a dedicated community group designed to support and enhance the experiences of families and students at LEEP Forward and Quantum LEEP Academy. Through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and community-building initiatives, LEEP Boosters works to enrich our programs, provide additional resources, and create memorable opportunities for our students.

At LEEP Forward, our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission: to create a space where every child’s unique potential is celebrated and supported. Over the years, we’ve grown into a thriving community, dedicated to empowering neurodiverse learners through innovative, play-based programs that inspire growth, connection, and success.
